    Russian equivalent for "really"?

I've noticed how often I use the word "really." i.e. "I really love that shirt!"; "Do you really think that?"; "Where did she really go?" etc etc

    Is there any Russian equivalent?

I would say the most common equivalent would be "действительно". I'm sure there will be other suggestions, too.

I would use a different word in each of your examples, though.

"I really love that shirt!" - "Я очень люблю эту рубашку."

"Do you really think that?" - "Ты действительно так думаешь?" but, "Ты правда так думаешь?" sounds better, I think. Right, Olya?

"Where did she really go?" - "Куда она пошла на самом деле?

    действительно, правда, в самом деле
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

    Is there any Russian equivalent?
    As equivalents of "Really?"
    Да ну?
    Серьёзно?
    Правда?
    Ну конено! (Sarcastically)

I really love that shirt - Мне {действительно|правда|и в/на самом деле} нравится эта рубашка.

Do you really think that? - Ты {и в правду|на самом деле|серьёзно|действительн о} так думаешь?

Where did she really go? - А куда она поехала на самом деле?
    А is optional.

А как же "неужели" или "разве"? Они тоже переводятся как "really?", хоть они на самом деле не одно и то же.

If you use "really" as an intensifier, it can often be translated as очень.
If you say "I really love this shirt" meaning that you love it a whole lot, then it would be "Мне очень нравится эта рубашка" "Мне так нравится эта рубашка", suggested by shadow1, works too.

If you use "really" to make it clear that your liking is genuine and not fake or feigned, then you can say "Мне действительно/по настоящему нравится эта рубашка"

Можно, просто огласить весь список сразу весьма сложно, как и вспомнить все слова. Если подумать, можно ещё несколько слов накидать.

    "Реально"

Народ теперь и такое может загнуть:
    "Мне реально нравится эта маечка"
    "Ты чё, так реально думаешь?"
    "Куда она реально поперлась?"

    Еще "в натуре" подходит.

    Вот именно: "загнуть".

Wow, thanks guys! That really helps. I have another question about a commonly used phrase. I was wondering how do you would translate the phrase "I thought so!"? Is it used as frequently in Russian as it is in English?

Yes it's used quite commonly when you encounter something (usually bad) that you had anticipated and/or warned about.

    Я так и думал.

    Example:
    - Звонили наши клиенты, сказали, что не заплатят на этой неделе. Нас кинули, шеф!
    - @#!@#, я так и думал!.

Or a joke (I translated it into English to rule out misunderstaning):

    (Soviet times, early morning)
A Foreigner lurches his way to the beer kiosk (there were kiosks that sold only beer, but usually there weren't any since people used to buy it all very quickly). He and his Russian friends were drinking much for the three last days, he feels awful, but he was the only one able to move that morning. So his co-drinkers sent him to get some beer, but the difficulty is - he doesn't speak Russian at all. So they wrote two simple phrases on a sheet of paper so he could read them into the kiosk window.
He tries to focus his eyes on it and finally asks:
Peevoh est'? (Пиво есть? - Do you have beer) and the man in kiosk answers - НЕТ
He looks closely at paper and reads:
    - Blyad', yah tak ee znal! (Б.ядь, я так и знал! - F.ck, I knew that/thought so)

For something that is usually bad? What about just everyday conversations like:

    "She went to the store."
    "Yeah, I thought so."

"I didn't really understand what the teacher was talking about in class."
    "Yeah, I thought so, too."

The later being just an expression of agreement. Would both these instances be expressed in "я так и думал"?

If I am told that my wife has gone to a store I'd feel really bad just from the thought of all that money she could have spent there

That phrase bears emotions from bad to neutral, so it's allright to say that to express a neutral attitude.

    - Она пошла в магазин
    - Ага, я так и думал.

    - Я не понял ничего, из того, что учитель говорил на уроке.
    - Я так и думал.

    Аgreement:

Я надеялся, что новый учитель будет лучше.
    Я тоже так думал.

Я ничего не понял из того, что учитель говорил на занятиях.
    Я тоже.

    Этого учителя вообще невозможно понять.
    Я тоже так думаю.

    Надо искать другого учителя.
    Я тоже об этом подумал.

    Very interesting, thanks guys.

    And what if it's positive?

    F.ex.:
(two people looking at an unsigned painting)
A - This painting is unsigned, but is was painted by X.
    B - (delighted) I thought so!! It's beautiful!

Ой, голова у меня кружится |-P ...... and my brain hurts too....
