    Нинин брат/ брат Нины

Is these forms perfectly equal? Or should I pay attention to use them appropriate? How?

It is appropriate to say сестрин дом?
    or собакина морда?

Is there forms like Нинин of nouns on consonant? Example Борис?
Please correct my Russian or English. Спасибо большое!

    Yeah, they're equal.

Сестрин дом is good, but seems a bit colloquial and archaic, of course you can use it anyway.

Собакина морда is totally colloquial and should not be used in written style. It looks like it is from the lexicon of less-educated people.

Борисов брат -- Such a form was widespread among the 19th century Russian writers, Dostoevsky, for example.
And you can say so in common speech as well.
    -- Да? Коту Ваське, бл##?
    -- Нет, Я кот Васька :-/

Never heard such a thing. Sounds funny because it follows the pattern we use for people, like "витина физиономия".
But "собачья морда" is perfectly normal.

    собачья What form is that??
    What about genitive? морда собаки?

    Another Q:

How do you use foreign names with atypical russian ending in relationships/genitive, e.g. Judy's car, Pierre's brother?

    Спасибо

if it ends in a consanant you treat it as any other masculine noun...if it ends in an "a" you treat it as any feminine noun...and if it ends in anything else. leave it alone:

    Judy's car - Машина Джюдй
    Pierre's brother -Брат Пиерра

No, you can't say so, it's "Брат Пьера" ("Пьеров брат" is also possible but it's either very informal or archaic)
"Happy new year, happy new year

Yeah, I realized that shortly after I posted it. which is why I edited it. for some reason I was thinking the name was "Пиерра", as opposed to "Пиерр"(or rather "Пьер", I suppose)

I had to consult a dictionary on this. It turned out to be an adjective.

    Только Пьер.
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
