There is an issue about passengers riding on a bus.
One passenger is standing close to the door and makes it difficult for other passengers to get off,
i.e., this passenger is disturbing other passengers.
One of the other passengers get angry and says to this disturbing passenger:
Is this a correct expression?

Huh? Вы выходите is a usual question to ask if someone is getting off at the nearest bus stop.

If I wanted to specify that someone is blocking me off and I want him to let me get off I'd say

I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.
If you've spotted any mistake in my English, please, correct it. I want to be aware of any mistakes to efficiently eliminate them before they become a habit.

It's correct when it's said by somebody who is really annoyed and getting impatient.
Are you getting off finally or what?
