How would you say it in Russian?
I would imagine either
Or
Or maybe
Basically if something is to your taste it means you like it, you fancy it..

На ваш вкус is used when ordering at a cafe or a restaurant, like when I meet with my partners at a restaurant to discuss something or to celebrate and they ask me what I prefer, I'd say "На ваш вкус". Of course, на ТВОЙ вкус can be used in informal speech.
I like it.

Понятно... and not to your taste would be

вам не по вкусу = it is not to your taste
не вам по вкусу is kinda like it is to not your taste (I can't think up a context where I'd say it, cuz it sounds so very awkward)

Is it possible to use it like that

what about this one?

btw, "вкусные блюда на ваш вкус" sounds a tad awkward because of the double "вкус". I dunno what's the English for the same thing, in Russian we say "масло масляное", meaning that you should avoid these double-things. It's like "smoky smoke" or "her beautiful beauty" in English.
Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to fly.
So maybe it would be good to say :
У нас разные блюда на ваш вкус
Иди и учи русский!
It's grammatically correct but meaningless.
У нас есть разные блюда на ваш вкус - you emphasize the fact that "we HAVE various dishes" but "на ваш вкус" sounds a bit "off" here.
Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to fly.
why? In the previous version it was ok?
? >> ok? (but redundant)
what makes it meaningless?

It's a question, like "what do you think about our meals? How are they to your taste?"
Without "на ваш вкус" it would've sounded like generalizing, like:
"Are they good <not personally to you but in general, maybe you've heard about us and our meals>"
The "на ваш вкус" is a redundant thing, it sounds like a faulty attempt to please the visitor.

A common saying is "У нас есть блюда на любой вкус". Like someone likes spicy food, someone likes natural meals, someone prefers fast food, others like Japanese foods aka sushi and stuff and all of it can be found here.
Another one is "У нас есть блюда на самый взыскательный вкус" - like we're a top-quality restaurant, the big-cheeses can find what'd suit them here.
