"Итого" here is something like "Summing up 'Операционные расходы'".
Sentence "общий доход" is direct translation of "total revenue".
"Итого доходов" has different role of words and usually is used as last row of tables or financial documents.
"Общий доход" and "Итого доходов" are not interchangable in sentences.

So in the table the correct is either Итого операционных расходов or общие операционные расходы
