How I will say in russian these expression:
1. Total revenue or total expenses. Google Translate says общий but this means "general". I think that the correct word is итого but I don't know whether it will be итого расходов или итого расходы
2. Also I have some issue with the cases:
(a) Management Fees are calculated as a percentage on the Total Revenue.
= Административные расходы считаются как процент на выручку или на выручке?
I не специализируюсь на экономике, but my big dictionary has:
total revenue - совокупный доход
Also it redirects to
gross revenue -
валовой [совокупный] доход, общая [валовая] выручка, общие [совокупные] поступления (суммарный доход от продаж)
Instead total expenses the same dictionary suggests
total expenditure - общие расходы
2. процент от ...
от выручки, например
Russian "общий" means "total" too. Also it's meaning in this case is close to "whole" or "all". "Общий доход/расход" is ok. "итого доходов" is wrong.Quote:

Sentence "общий доход" is direct translation of "total revenue".
"Итого доходов" has different role of words and usually is used as last row of tables or financial documents.
"Общий доход" and "Итого доходов" are not interchangable in sentences.
So in the table the correct is either Итого операционных расходов or общие операционные расходыQuote:

В таблицах обычно пишут именно Итого.
Я бы написал так:
Операционные расходы. Итого:
или
Итого, операционные расходы:
Именно так любят делать экономисты и бухгалтеры. Это их "птичий язык".
То же могу сказать и про "процент на выручку". Тут не разговорная речь, а профессиональных жаргон, где экономист "накладывает процент на выручку", в то время как по-русски правильнее "брать процент от/с выручки".
p.s. Ещё вместо "Итого" можно писать "Всего". Но тут обычно действует такое правило: Всего = сумма Итого. Как бы "Всего" - более глобально.

"Итого, поездка удалась" = "Altogether it was good journey".
"У нас было итого десять долларов" = "We had 10$ in total".
As was said above, in blanks, tables and programs it can be just substitute for "In total: ..." and rules for cases just do not apply to content of '...'.
Because of "итого" is adverb, "общие доходы" и "итого доходов" are not interchangable grammatically.
Слово итого является наречием, а падеж имён существительных зависит от глагола, который на эти существительные воздействует. Обычно в таблицах подразумеваются такие глаголы как есть, составил и т. п., поэтому в таблице можно написать: "Итого операционные расходы [составили]".
