    You can also say
    Завтра Димин день рождения (it would be correct also, but I advise against it. The first variant (yours) is much better).

    With "будет" the wors order should be: Завтра у Димы будет день рождения. (this sounds worse to me, but the sentence is ok)
    In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
