Thread: Title of ownership of a car

I am looking this word for ages.
I don't even know how is called in English.
How is called that formal document that describes the characteristics of the car (e.g. manufacturer, year of creation, cc, pollution rates, etc), registration number and name of the owner.
Until now I was telling: titul soobstvennosti, but this is for houses not for cars.

There are:

which you need to exchange in police in order to sell \buy a car

American auto "title" (since many heard how easier the western law is) we call "тайтл".
