Not exactly in that way.

"Не сыскать" here is just a way to say "нет", "there is not", so "finding" is unnecessary in translation.

В дождливые осенние вечера, there is no more comfortable place, than под тёплым пледом рядом с телевизором.

Literally: No more comfortable place can be found, than...
