Okay thank you for the answers! But I don't get it, why it is "Москва" and not "Москву"? Because with знать there is the accusative used? Or not?
Like:
Я знаю Вику.

So wouldn't it be:
Я знаю Москву.
?

That's a good question. The original version had it: "Но я знаю Москву большой город." If you try to write it in English you'd get: "But I know that Moscow is a big city." You get:
(1) But I know = но я знаю
(2) that = что
(3) Moscow is a big city = Москва - это большой город.

So, you don't know Moscow the way you know Vika from your example, but you rather know that Moscow is something. You can also say that Vika is something: "Я знаю, что Вика - замечательная девушка."

Having said that, you can also say that you know Moscow meaning you're familiar with it: "I know Moscow very well. I can find my way easily in that huge city." = Я прекрасно знаю (кого? ->) Москву. Я легко ориентируюсь (где? ->) в этом огромном городе.
