Please help me understand the following sentences:
1. Здесь будет гостиница.
There will be a hotel here. As in when one is planning to built a hotel in this place?

10. В классе театра были билеты.
In the class theatre there were tickets. Does it mean there is a theatre in the class which had tickets which were available for sale?
