Adjectives decline according to the number, gender and case of the word (noun) they relate to.

Do they follow similar rules as in the nouns in cases conjugation?

They can adopt the same cases but there is separate set of rules for endings of adjectives although there are some parallels and similarities here and there.

Terms conjugation, to conjugate relate to verbs. For nouns and adjectives terms are declension, to decline. General terms are inflection, to inflect.

Like nouns, adjectives change their endings (decline) on the basis of gender, number, and case.

Valda, doesn't your textbook explain this basic concept? You should be able to look in the appendix and find declension tables for adjectives and nouns.
