They can adopt the same cases but there is separate set of rules for endings of adjectives although there are some parallels and similarities here and there.
Terms conjugation, to conjugate relate to verbs. For nouns and adjectives terms are declension, to decline. General terms are inflection, to inflect.

Valda, doesn't your textbook explain this basic concept? You should be able to look in the appendix and find declension tables for adjectives and nouns.
