    to put weight on something

    How would you say this?

    - I sprained my ankle. It's swollen and I can't put any weight on it.

    я растянул лодыжку, она опухла и я не могу ...

    Or just "... и я не могу встать на неё". "наступить на неё" is also possible.

    Нет, не possible наступать на лодыжку

    1) Растянул голеностоп, и не могу ходить
    2) Растянул лодыжку, и теперь не могу наступать на больную ногу
