"I'm over it already" would be something like "Всё уже позади" or "Это уже в прошлом" but there could be variations depending on what is "it".

the meaning is not about understanding that one sucks at playing tennis
to be over something means : not to care anymore, the issue is solved once and for all.
Then it should be:
Что? Ты до сих пор не смирился с тем фактом, что ты беспонтовый/фиговый/хреновый теннисист?
or
Что? Ты все еще не смирился с тем, что ты плохо играешь в теннис?
