    More than one adjective

What do you do when you want to use more than one adjective?

    Perhaps one of these?

    Он толстой уродливый мальчик.
    Он уродливый, толстой мальчик.
    Он уродливый и толстой мальчик.

    спасибо

We use comma when both adjectives are related to the noun itself (homogeneous adjectives). A simple (for a native speaker) check is that if "и" can be placed between adjectives, they are homogeneous and comma must be put between them.
Example: У этой бабочки пестрые, разноцветные крылья / У этой бабочки пестрые и разноцветные крылья.
We use no comma when the first adjective is related to the combination of the second adjective and the noun, not to the noun itself. The "и" conjunction cannot be used in this case.
Example: Я купил новый мобильный телефон. But you cannot say "я купил новый и мобильный телефон".
But sometimes it is hard to say precisely whether the adjectives are homogeneous or not.
In you example, I think that only
"Он толстый, уродливый мальчик." and "Он толстый и уродливый мальчик." are correct.

In you example, I think that only
"Он толстый, уродливый мальчик." and "Он толстый и уродливый мальчик." are correct.
Still, all the 3 are correct.

Есть два уродливых мальчика. Один - худой уродливый мальчик, а второй - толстый. Толстый уродливый мальчик много ест. Худой уродливый мальчик ест мало.

    No commas here

In this context, уродливый мальчик is a reference to a particular object and худой is related to "уродливый мальчик", not to мальчик.
All the three cannot be correct in any particular context.
