For number 1. your English style is just a bit incorrect:
"None of the foreigners have much money"
2. Correct
3. Correct
4. isn't correct:
My mum is looking after the half-dead dog of a very old lady.
пожилой дамы is the genitive case (of пожилая дама), so it denotes possession (of the dog)

The Russian phrase doesn't sound natural either.

Hahaha, I didn't notice this one. It's an obvious mistake.
Mom looks at the half-dead dog (like this dog is lying somewhere on the road and this woman stares at it)
My mother looks after the half-dead dog - Мама присматривает за полумертвой собакой... (other possible variants are "приглядывает за собакой", "заботится о собаке", etc.)

Olya can you be more helpful. Yes, the sentences have mistakes in them and they are not in correct Russian but I'm sure you can understand what they are supposed to mean. The other Russians are able to.

Well, you are wrong. I did't understand that (№1 and №4). Maybe it's because of that I don't understand English very well. "The other Russians" не поправили "итальянскую жену".

И хватить оффтопить with personal attacks.
