шмали = Шмаль = drugs

фраер= its a tough one. As far as i know a фраер is the english equivlant to a "poser", my russian friend described it to me in russian as A guy who looks important, tries to have all this stuff, but if you know him personally hes a nobody.

жую тесто = I think the word is actually Песто (Pesto?) Жую from жрать = To scarf down, eat like an animal, stuff your face.

папик = папа

кипишь= Ado, happenings, goings ons. Летний кипишь - Summer stuff, stuff that goes on in summer.

хате= from хата, from the last post, it means house.

рэпак= I don't know, Probly a Rapper, or a rap song, or something to do with rap.

0ops. Thought it was жрать. In the lyrics i had typed for me like 3 years ago, the guy typed жру песто, lol. Though its hard to tell in rap songs. Many things are unclear.

There's no fixed definition as it happens with slang words. Фраер can be anyone who doesn't belong to a speaker's group. Usually, though, he's non-criminal and shows some signs of posessing some wealth to steal.

литье -- most likely is cast rims here. Sparkling -- maybe it has something to do with disc brakes? You know, they sometimmes sparkle or just get red hot.

You're almost right, now I undestand. "Литьё" means here "aluminium cast wheel disks" - "литые колёсные диски".
