Literally: "I follow you on Twitter" - "Я следую за вами в Твиттере".
But следовать should not be used in Russian in that meaning. The correct terms are:
подписаться - to subscribe
быть подписанным - to have subscription
подписчик - a subscriber
"Follow me on Twitter!" -> "Подписывайтесь на меня в Твитере!".
"I follow you on Twitter" -> "Я подписан на вас в Твиттере".
"She has 100 followers" -> "У неё 100 подписчиков"
The words читать (to read) and читатель (a reader) can be used too.
I follow you on Twitter -> Я подписался на Ваш/твой Твиттер / Я подписался на Вас/тебя в Твиттере.
Thanks for correcting me.
So apart from phrases like "Ставьте лайк", russian is keeping all the different internet terms for following under the same word. Cool. If you said "subscribe to me on twitter" people would look at you like you just grew a second head.
