    To be good at something

I would like to say to my friend -> You are very good at Czech.

    Ты очень хороша в чешском.

    Правильно?

If we talk about woman - it is absolutely correct.
If we talk about man - it will be "Ты очень хорош в чешском".

If you are not sure, whether it's woman or man, use "Твой чешский очень хорош".

George I would like to add the following ways of expressing fluency or expertise, but it doesn't fit in the example you present.
    1. Я специализируюсь на русской литературе
    2. Он эксперт в области астрономии
    3. Он эксперт по философии

    Nice Antonio!

The prepositions are the same as in Czech with exception of the third example
