Thread: general question: where can I get my simple Russian sentences checked?

I'm starting to concentrate on producing Russian language instead of just reading, and to that end I hope to practice by making up a lot of short Russian sentences, with an English version next to them, until I know I've got the hang of whatever grammar point I'm trying to learn.

If I do this, I'd need someone to check through what I've written and highlight mistakes for me. Just someone quickly reading through and underlining mistakes would be fine;- it would be up to me to work out what I'm getting wrong in a general sense (I'm likely to learn more by doing that myself too.) It's likely to be fairly uninteresting to read though...

Is there anywhere (maybe on this forum?) where I could do that? If someone wanted me to do the same for them in English, I'd be happy to, I don't think it would take up much of anyone's time. So I was wondering if I should post this on the 'language exchange' section here, although its only really a very specific, limited language exchange experience I'm looking for.

Any ideas anyone?

You can always post your sentences here in the forums. I'm sure someone will find the time to check them for mistakes. You can even send me a PM with those senetences, no problems there.

If that's okay with you, that would be great. There might be a lot of them, or at least they might turn up quite often... Is there anything I ought to do to return the favour?

I second iCake on the matter.
It's not a biggie for us and you can sure get a brief rundown on your confusions in Russian lines if you just post'em here.
Of course if you need a more narrow and comprehensive explanation regarding anything specific, you'd better present it as a separate thread instead of mixin it all in one heap.
