What is the difference between

Я буду убирать квартиру (imperfective future)

I will clean the room (once and then again afterwards?)

and

Я буду убрать квартиру (perfective future)

I shall clean the room ( and only once!!)

and

Я уберу квартиру (perfective present)

I'm going to clean the room just now ( and only once!!)

You use быть only with an imperfective verb but not with a perfective verb. It should be either
я буду убирать комнату (imperfective)
я уберу комнату (perfective)

I think the first one would be I will clean up/I will be cleaning up the room without giving any information whether I will be done or not or if the room will be all cleaned up or not. The second would be I will clean up the room and finish it.

"Я буду убрать квартиру" - isn't correct sentence. This is broken Russian

В прошедшем времени есть нечто похожее) между "учил" и "выучил", например, огромная разница)))
