Can I use both в and на prepostions?
"в" is preferable here. Technically you must think about sites as "some places in space". Like "theather" or "city". But because of it's virtuality even natives can use "на" sometimes. Probably mixing up "увидел на мониторе", "увидел на стене", "отправил на почту" and so on.
