sperk, I have both a grammar book and a dictionary. But they don't tell me if there's a difference between the words. Близ, вблизи, and возле are all just listed as "near" - same with the other ones. I'd never know what the real difference was unless I asked here. ^^

If your grammar book doesn't discuss the difference between туда and там, I suggest getting a new one.
