    blackmail, full of

    1. The situation has like this: The blackmailer took pictures of the President with his girlfriend on erotic moments and he is now blackmailing him that if he doesn't transfer to his off-shore account 2 millions he will send the photos to the the press.
I deny to believe that such rich language such as russians has only the word: угрожать to describe this act.
    2. In his house he has a room full of toys for the children.
    3. Also a client today wanted to ask if a house has contend (i.e. furnitures, doors). I think he used the word odelka or adelka or adetka
    4. How to translate: A client is paying me a lot of mine to collect for him information about the real estate market.
    - As you understand I want to avoid misunderstandings because there is also the expression: He is paying her to be with him (i.e. an old man a young woman)

    1. Blackmail - usually it's шантаж (n), шантажировать (v).
    3. Отделка (implies walls, ceiling and flooring, and quality thereof)
(same word as suggested man-woman situation, but it's a neutral word and it is not supposed to cause misunderstanding)

Or maybe not. Шантажист has ability to harm or mortify you. Вымогатель wants your money too, but he just uses his power, he has no discrediting evidences. Imagine a clerk, who refuse to give you some permission, but will give it immediately when receive good amount from you.
    Set phase exists: "вымогать взятку".

Just to remember the verb: заваливать / завалить
Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.
