    солнышко

What's the meaning of солнышко? Just "sunshine"?
It's in this context, which to me, seems to be aloooooot of sunniness:
я целую тебя солнце мое, мое солнечное солнышко.
I kiss you my sun, my sunny sunshine?
(And no, in advance, I am NOT emailing with a "girl" in Kazan, Moscow, the Crimea, etc. I just found it in an old textbook. )
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.

it's just SUNNY like a little Sun

    like doggy and dog
    or froggy and frog

so perhaps should read "I kiss you my sun, my little sunny sun"
    Я так думаю.

Gushey Gushiness. Foolish Foolishness. Lovey-Dovey Lovey-Doveynish? This is some pretty ridiculous prose basically, then?

When people lack for words they want to keep themselves on deck of "creativity".

The thing is Sunny in English is an adjvective.

    Dog - doggy

    These are not the same.
Doggy is the diminutive of dog and is a NOUN
Sunny is the ADJECTIVE of Sun.

    Sunny - Солнечный

In English as a term of affection you may call someone "sunshine".
