    Не могу понять какой частью предложения является это слово.
    Если бы пройзошло от глагола "ослаблять / ослабить ", то должно было бы быть: был ослаблен = was weeken.
    Правильно?
    рубль ослаб - the rouble has weaken (active)
    рубль был ослаблен - the rouble was weaken (passive)

    Ты имеешь в виду: ослабляемый = is weakening.

    Were is the form ослаб in the tables of declension of the verb?
