Сейчас работаю, уже почти три года. Мне все также нравится русский.

Does the phrase literally mean still also?

That just means still or more precisely as before:

I still love Russian or I love Russian as before.

Just one more question. Does всё ещё mean the same as все также?

So -> Мне всё ещё нравится русский = Мне все также нравится русский?

Words in "всё еще" have meaning "still".
Words in "всё так же" have meaning "as before/in previous case".
P.S.
Second phrase can be used as: "В первой комнате чисто. Во второй всё так же." = "First room is clean. Second is the same." (second room is the same as the room before)

Em... Maybe this is bad example. "всё так же" literally means "all things are the same (as before)". But when we use "всё так же" we mean not "all things", but mean "things from the previous case or previous time". "State of cleaningness (!) in the second room is the same as in the room we mentioned before). Wow.

Well... yeah, it does but not exactly, at least not always exactly.

Hard to explain, let me try though.

всё ещё is just still, just to indicate that the action is not yet stopped.
всё также might add a different shade of meaning, noting that the action is not only continuing but also is as good, strong, intense as before.

That's why I said:

I think the expression gets this additional shade because of the word "также", which can often mean "same".

But there is a very thin line between "всё ещё" and "всё также". Sometimes they can mean exactly the same, even coming from native speakers.

P.S. Just to further boggle your mind, joking:

Кирилл, всё ещё занимаешься боксом? - I'd say that if I thought Kirill didn't have the stomach to continue on with his boxing training. I could have added a sarcastic tone as well. Or I could just say that if I wasn't sure he is still taking boxing lessons.
Кирилл, всё также занимаешься боксом? - I'd say that if I was expecting him to still be working on his boxing.

I have last two questions.

1. Meaning of just ещё
Мне всё ещё нравится русский = I still like Russian.
Мне ещё нравится русский = ??? Perhaps the meaning is more? As if I named how many languages I know and added that Russian is next (one more) language I know?

"Еще" can be "still", "yet" and "more" (as you mention). You can think of it as it means that "something still lasts, still is being added". This "something" can be things we are talking about:
- Еще не перевелись богатыри (Heroes did not exctinct yet) (it seems to me now, there should be negation for this case)
- Он дал еще денег (He give more money)
Or this "something" can be dialog itself:
- Еще я люблю мороженное ((Also/in addition to previous speech/to say more) I love icecream) (It is more clear if you put "еще" in first place)
You should pay attention to context.

2. No. They are different words (with and without spaces), but because their meaning is derived directly from compound words it is common error to make such mistakes even by native speakers.
