    Basically...

    "тоже" means "too/ as well" - multiple subjects, single action/ description - Я говорю по-английски. Маша тоже говорит по-английски.

    "также" means "too/ furthermore/ in addition" - single subject, multiple actions/ descriptions - Я говорю по-английски. Я также говорю по-немецки.
