careless (f), often used in the worst sense of the word
something or someone going easily over the thoughtful and usual behaviour
    Я так думаю.

careless is more like беззаботная (literally careless), беспечная

    бесшабашная выходка
    бесшабашный поступок
    бесшабашное поведение
    бесшабашное решение
    бесшабашный человек
    бесшабашный ребёнок
    Я так думаю.

My dictionary: "бесшабашный" -- restless, turbulent.
But, these translation are missing the slightly negative meaning of the word -- its not also "restless", but a bit of "foolish"/"unwise"/etc.

The movie "Stark Raving Mad" -- name translated to Russian "Бесшабашное ограбление" (http://www.kinoafisha.ru/index.php3?id1=1199&status=1)
