Thread: Ченгрое, При своих, Рыжий

"Ченгрое" I saw this word on a banner that had the word "Welcome" in many other languages, and I assumed it was Russian and that it was some way to say "welcome" seeing as Russian is a major language. But, alas, I cannot find it in my big Oxford dictionary, and I for the life of me cannot figure out what it means or if it is even Russian (could be Bulgarian I guess). So any thoughts???
Also, what is the meaning of "При своих"? It is used when I push with the dealer at blackjack. So it means "push"? (as in "tie" or "stand-off")
One more thing, if you know of a good diminutive noun form of Рыжий (to call a cat) that wold simply be purr-fect.

Рыжик (it's pretty common), also Рыжулька, Рыжулик.
