Verb "есть" in Present Tense in Russian usually skipped. У нее три ноги.
Try to avoid usage of verb "иметь". "люди, которые их имеют" = "их владельцы"
"city of Moscow" = "город Москва" no preposition
"three-legged" = "трехногие"
принести людям - no preposition к
давать свиней - Instrumental required
charm (here) - талисман (брелок is just a pendant with no magic)
давали свиней как талисманы - Accusative
longer (about time period) - дольше
good luck, good fortune = "удача"
bad luck, bad fortune = "неудача"

Yes, but I gave Moscow as an example of rule, because foreign names can make some theoretical complications.

Yes, it is Accusative, sorry.
Here "Москва" should be either in the same case as "город" (like if you write it with hyphen: город-Москва, города-Москвы, городу-Москве) or in Nominative (like if you write the actual name in quotes: город "Москва", города "Москва", городу "Москва").
