There's no exact or even approximate equivalent of your name in Russian (if that's what you mean under "translating"), so the only thing you can do is to transliterate it:

There's no such name, but still it CAN be translated

Or, according to Multitran, your name is an alternative name for Pomolobus (a fish, I suppose)

Actually, "Hicks" is derived from the name "Richard", judging by my etymological dictionary.
