Whaddya mean when ya say eggs? ya mean that formall eggs you no they eat or ya mean balls? Russian may say шары (absolutely translated like balls), or i dunno or i cant get whayou mean ya no

As you surmise, Pippynip, only the context can "disambiguate" whether someone means яйца as in "the things you make omelets with", or as in "the things a guy has between his legs" -- or whether, in fact, there's an intentional double-entendre going on and it's meant to be ambiguous.

However, to avoid unwanted snickering at the breakfast table, you can always use the related term яичница, which refers to pretty much any dish made by frying eggs in a pan (scrambled, sunnyside-up, omelets, Chinese "foo yung", etc.).

And as an example of an intentional double-entendre, there's this old частушка from the Soviet era:

Птицеферма у нас есть, [We have a poultry-farm]
И другая строится. [And another is being built]
А колхозник яйца видит, [But the collective farmworker (only) sees eggs]
Когда в бане моется. [When washing in the public bath]

To better convey the humor in English, you could take some liberties and translate it with something like:

Here we have an almond grove
And they grow pecans down that path,
But the only nuts the worker sees
Are at the public bath!
