What I think some of it means
Another girl has left me
Because I have no money
Because I have no apartment or car
Because I can't cook a meal

When there's no money
There's no love
(something) bitch, c'est la vie

After the second "because I have no money" I have no idea what's going on. Мудак is a word I've heard before though, and I'm pretty certain it's not a pleasant one

Your translation of "Вот опять уходит телка от меня от меня" as "Another girl has left me" is quite right.
But there also could be another meaning "My girlfriend is leaving me again".

"сэ ля ви" is French phrase written in Russian letters - ce la via - такова жизнь, "The life is like that".

After second "Потому, что нету денег ни рубля ни рубля":
There are no decent people among my friends
And I'm dressed as beggar (I really don't like how I'm dressed)
You are quite right about meaning of мудак

Такая Сука эта сэ ля ви
This "c'est la vie" (life) is such a bitch!

And I have no decent people among my friends

И еще плюс ко всему я как мудак одет.

In "Потому, что нету денег ни рубля ни рубля", why is there an у on the end of нет and why is it ни рубля and not не рубля? Is that the genitive case?

Also I don't understand most of the endings in "И среди моих друзей людей приличных нет", specifically "моих друзей людей приличных". Which case (or other grammar thing) is affecting those words?

"нету" is a variant of "нет" in the sense of "absent". It can be replaced by "нет".

"не" is a negative particle.
"ни" is an intensive particle in negative phrases. Mostly equivalent of "any".
"нету ни рубля" if translated word-by-word is: "no any rouble". It requires Genitive.

"нет приличных людей" - no decent people (it is always Genitive after "нет" in the sense of "absent")
"среди моих друзей" - among my friends ("среди" requires Genitive)

One final question - моих, why is the х there? I've never seen that before.

Моих is a Genitive plural form of the word мой.
-их/-ых is a typical ending for the plural Genitive form of adjectives.

No no no no i heard муди (as you said the name of testicles) is NOT spread in that 21st century Russia. You no they can call them яйца if they want to use informal thing to say.

It is not spread but most people know this word and it is considered obscene or almost obscene. Мудак is a general obscene abuse indeed.

Ah, very good point from ThunderN and it-ogo -- although муде (pl. муди) is a rude word for the testicles and can be translated "balls; nuts", it's not a commonly used word in Russian.

So if you want to translate from English "Darling, do you think it would look sexier if I shaved my balls" or "The football player was scratching his nuts when he thought the camera wasn't on him" (for example) it's much better to use яйца, which literally means "eggs" but in slang refers to the testicles.

As you surmise, Pippynip, only the context can "disambiguate" whether someone means яйца as in "the things you make omelets with", or as in "the things a guy has between his legs" -- or whether, in fact, there's an intentional double-entendre going on and it's meant to be ambiguous.

However, to avoid unwanted snickering at the breakfast table, you can always use the related term яичница, which refers to pretty much any dish made by frying eggs in a pan (scrambled, sunnyside-up, omelets, Chinese "foo yung", etc.).

And as an example of an intentional double-entendre, there's this old частушка from the Soviet era:

Птицеферма у нас есть, [We have a poultry-farm]
И другая строится. [And another is being built]
А колхозник яйца видит, [But the collective farmworker (only) sees eggs]
Когда в бане моется. [When washing in the public bath]

To better convey the humor in English, you could take some liberties and translate it with something like:

Here we have an almond grove
And they grow pecans down that path,
But the only nuts the worker sees
Are at the public bath!
