It does not make sense that so many Russian words are not easily, quickly discernable. And I like to understand how prominent a

this particular spelling most likely has some "historical" meaning, I'll try to explain

1. "бгоневичок" is a spelling of a word "броневичок" supposedly pronounced by a person with a speech disorder. In Russian its called картавить, which basically means that a person cannot pronounce Russian "р" properly
2. "броневичок" is a diminutive from "броневик" which means an armored vehicle

Now the historical part
There was quite famous person, Vladimir Lenin - Vladimir Lenin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia who allegedly had the particular speech disorder and also allegedly had given a famous speech while staying on "броневик" (some say that is not a fact). so when the word is spelled as "бгоневичок" it is assumed that it involves Lenin, most likely some kind of a joke about him.
