    some questions

ok, i have a few questions

firstly, why when i look up supply and demand do i get
    general- предложение и сброс
    accounting - сброс и предложение
    are they contextually interchangeable??

also, im having some trouble getting my head around these sentences:
could smb rephrase it in an easier-to-understand manner?

what exactly is a раскрученный ТЦ?

    and lastly

does предстоит обрести свой облик refer to changing its image? its a bit unclear

    thanks a bunch!

Thus, literal translation is "предложение и спрос", but in Russian this expression traditionally has a reverse word order, i.e. "спрос и предложение". It sounds better, the rhythm is clearer (or maybe it's just a habit). The meaning doesn't change.

"Oбъем жилья" is an available (inner) living space. Here's rough translation of this sentence:
Total accommodation area of the "cluster" is more than 1 mln. square kilometers, while building density in the cluster is twice as little as average building density in Moscow - 7.500 sq. km per hectare (in cluster) vs. 15.000 sq. km per hectare (in Moscow).
    hectare = 10 000 sq. m

what exactly is a раскрученный ТЦ?
раскрученный - very popular due to well-organized advertising campaign

it's not about changing - Молжаниново still doesn't have a defined image. They are waiting for it to take shape (обрести) later.
