Thread: very short sentence, some trouble.

да, да завтра я буду в универе. Во сколько ты на обед?* как раз встретимся.

What does it mean exactly? I understand the sense, but I can't understand if what is asked is when I will be at university and how we are gonna meet, or if this person is inviting me out for launch.
