The last sentence I think it is:

which means made in russia.

The text in this image is КОМАНДИРСКИЕ - Officer's (for officers)

Я купил наручные часы в Москве. Это Полет Штурманские сделал в России. Слова "ИЗГОТОВЛЕНО ИЗ СОВЕТСКОЙ РАКЕТЫ SS-20" гравировали на фасаде. Ты думаешь, что я освещу ночью?

And about the above post, I dont understand a word, but maybe it was not aimed at me!? I do recognise SS-20. Some kind of missile, isn't it? Well the image on the watch is a submarine, maybe that has something to do with the post?
