I need someone who could transcript these Russian letters. I do not need any translation nor transliteration. I just need a reply to my thread with those Russian characters typed.

This is absolutely correct, this is what we see in the document.
However when you will use it, bear in mind that the organisation's title is "Белорецкий РК ВЛКСМ". In the second document the title is in instrumental case.
