a) "Здорова" is a colloquial form of the word "здравствуй";
б) "тёска" is a mistake, he/she meant the word "тёзка" (namesake).

Without one, it indeed looks looks suspiciously like jocular (or spammerific) portmanteau of "special", "viagra" and "yohimbe", modeled on "осоавиахим" (an old Soviet organization, "Society of Supporters of Aviation and Chemistry" that had nothing to do with err... That thing. Except for supporting chemistry, of course... )
