    удачен - shounds wrong in this context. You can have an "удачный день" or "удачный выстрел", not an "udachny you".
    Удачлив is okay. Well, still wouldn't say that. I'd say in a cowboy style: "Я безумно удачливый сукин сын, что тебя нашёл".

    This time vam povezlo doesn't sound so nice. Correct?
    It's better to use kratkuiu formu: Vy ochen udachlivyi, chto u vas naskolko prekrasnaya doch'.
    Correct?

    No. "Вам повезло, что у вас такая прекрасная дочь" - is the most common form.

    You can also say "Вы счастливый человек - у вас такая прекрасная дочь".
    I know it's "MR" not "ME", but still: fix my english mistakes, please!

    If you could tell the parents "Greece is about to win this World Cup!" then you could also say "Вам повезло, что у вас такая прекрасная дочь"

    Sounds like stupid joke, but nice and funny. Just very informal.
