I'm not a native, but here's what I got out of it (didn't recognize a few words):


"Here's the GPS about which I spoke. It measures speed on the dot and controls that we ? the red mode. (sounds like he's saying this--but I don't think there's a torpedo in his car, so I'm assuming it's the dashboard)."

I tried to write it in Russian, but even though I understand some of the stuff I'm not sure about some of the grammar endings and such. Hopefully a native will give it a listen and make corrections.

Как только я превышаю 80 километров в час, который ((п?)ограничный?) в нем сразу начинается мигаться, горается вот эту планочку(? точку), который на торпеде.

Я не очень понимаю смысл, поэтому не могу перевести.
