    "renting out a house", not a room .


    And "For Rent" would be "Сдаётся" or "Сдаётся внаём".

    Actually, it was my mom who wrote it and she knows 0 Russian therefore writing the Russian alphabet is quite difficult...

    Next time, copy and paste someone's text on the computer into MS Word and print it. Not to be rude, but any Russian who saw that would probably turn you into the next internet-joke phenomenon, like the I KISS YOU Turkish guy or the StarWars kid.
