Here is my guess, you can slam me if I am wrong.

1 is the worst and 10 is the best
1 - самое плохое и 10 - самое лучшее

I typed "очки" into my dictionary and this is what came out:
очки мн. - glasses, spectacles; (защитные) goggles

I think it is better to say "очки для плаванья" if there is no context.

защитные очки = protective goggles

I think if there's no context it's better to say just "очки" or "защитные очки". It could be any sort of goggles (skydiving, motorcycle, ski, dust etc).
Очки для плавания = swimming goggles

I was not clear.
Евгения wanted to know if you can just say "очки" alone in reference to "swimming goggles". But if you said "Where are my очки?" without any context, people will think you are looking for your glasses instead of swimming goggles.

On the other hand, if you had the swimming goggles in your hand, and showed them to your friend and said "Here are my очки", then I think it would be ok.
