Need help with the movie industry vocabulary

I am translating into English a movie budget and some terms are simply too much for me. A short selection of my difficulties:
    контратипная пленка
    звукотехническая пленка
    магнитооптические диски
    Комбинированные и специальные съемки
    телега, рельсы
    дистанционный кран
    кинофло
    Партикабль h=1,5m
    штатив = stand?
    Колодки, двойные концы
    автобус с/г
    светобаза
    камерваген
    тонваген
    лихтваген

I wonder why they also don't have a газенваген on the budget...
Anyway, any help will be appreciated.

As Wowik says, it's German, you can't use those terms in English.
You can say "light truck" and "sound truck". Although usually sound equipment isn't so bulky as to use a whole truck.... so it would rather be a "sound car".

Could be, but there's a better chance that's it's "rerecording".
Do you have some context for us, Ladeque?

And here's what I think about your new words:

разборка негатива: negative cutting or negative editing
печать рабочего позитива: to print a working positive (i.e. a positive print is made so that the film editor can edit the whole thing - the print suffers in the process, so it isn't used itself. On the basis of this edit though, the negative cutting is done (the original neg, in a dustfree room, editor wearing cotton gloves, etc . From this negative cut, positives are printed that go out to the cinemas)
Чистка чистовых речевых фонограмм : ouch - context?! It could range from "final clean-up of commentary track" (literally cleaning, with cloth and alcohol, if we're talking optical sound on archive material), to "final ADR (=automatic dubbing recording) processing", if it's about a modern film......... Don't take my word for this one yet

    BTW:
магнитооптические диски - magnetooptic computer discs
    - is correct, but they're normally just called "M.O.D.'s"

Thank you for your effort folks!

This is a budget and it contains among other things the post-production process in tabular form with the associated budgeted expenses. Well, I guess it means there is no context, but simply a list of terms.
Compromising a lot I've killed off most of unfamiliar stuff. But some are still there:
    оформление негатива фонограммы
There also is изготовление негатива фонограммы перезаписи
печать" малоконтрастной" копии для изг. Видеомастера

And may be someone can enlighten me on whether there are any special Начисления 23.1% on intellectual rights different from the usual Отчисления на социальные нужды 26.2%

печать" малоконтрастной" копии для изг. Видеомастера : this one's pretty obvious: low contrast film print for video mastering (don't worry too much if you don't understand - the people reading it will )

I'll try to think hard about the others - thing is, within the context (a budget, i.e. we're talking modern film here), it seems funny to have "sound film" as a term: it sounds to me like optical sound, but can it possibly be, in 2006?!

If I get any more bright ideas, I'll let you know.
