I would like to know if the text in the image bellow is correct. If not, what's wrong and what would be the best way to put it?

'годовщина Октября' can't здравствовать, only Октябрь itself can, I hope.
Except this, there should be 100-ая (сотая), not 100-й.

Thank you for the comment, maxmixiv. That 100-ая and 100-й distinction makes sense now that I looked into it more carefully.
But I wonder if it wouldn't be more appropriate to writte "Да здравствует 100-ая годовщины Октябрьской революции"...

No, ordinals should match with nouns in gender.

Yes, the phrase makes little sense being interpreted literally, but it is widely used. See Google images
