ja nadejus wi ponimajete menja wsech....ja ucgus kak paz po-russki.
ja nuzhdajus translation for:

"Hey Cuty, I'm sure you will make your way and I wish you all the best in the future. I hope we will stay in touch, take care (pay attention that nothing happens to you) !"

It mustn't be athentic, but it would be nice if it means quite the same. Thanks you for your help,

"Привет Cuty! Я уверен (-a), что ты добьешься (or достигнешь) многого в жизни. Желаю тебе всего самого лучшего и надеюсь, что со временем мы не потеряем друг друга из виду. Береги себя!"

You may say "надеюсь, что мы будем поддерживать связь/контакт друг с другом" instead of "надеюсь, что со временем, мы не потеряем друг друга из виду". But I think that my first variant is more suitable for your purpose...IMHO...

If 'cuty' is not actually her name, but rather a nickname meaning 'beautiful', I'd use красавица.
