Я долго не видел тебя в аське и решил тебе написать мне очень понравилось с тобой общаться. Вот решил тебя узнать получше. Не суди строго мой английский. И заранее извини если я покажусь грубым или непонятным. Из за различий в наших культурах
и моих трудностях с языком я могу тебе показаться странным. Я люблю в людях открытость и не люблю когда лгут, а все что идет от сердца всегда прекрасно.
Мне нравится ваша культура и я хочу знать больше о вашей культуре. Другая культура это как другой мир со своими законами и правилами. Это очень интересное и захватывающее приключение. Когда я закончу универ несомненно отправлюсь путешествовать по миру. И прежде всего в Азию: Малайзия Таиланд, Япония, Китай…
Это моя мечта. И если не секрет какая у тебя мета? Может тебе покажется это смешным но я обожаю мультики и мой любимый Лило и Стич. Ты его видела? Пиши обо всем я буду рад любым твоим письмам даже не о чем.

I like your culture while I know a little but I want to know about it more. Another culture it is as other world. Where is itself rules and laws. It is very interesting and fascinating adventure. When I will finish the University I undoubtedly will to travel on the World and first go in the Asia: Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China… It is my dream. And if it don’t secret what kind of dream you have? May be it seem you funny but I like cartoon and my favorite cartoon is Lilo&Stitch. You look it? It write about all thing I will be very glad any your letters even about nothing.

Yes, the sentence is ambiguous even with the corrections

I would say "And if it isn't a secret, what is your dream?"
