Thread: letter to grandparents help!

Hello, I am writing a letter and just having problems finding a good russian translation for a few things I want to say- I dont think the literal translation will sound right so if a native Russian speaker could help this would be great, thanks!
Im stuck on the following 2 sentences
"It was great to see everyone. Thank you for always being so warm and welcoming to me, and thank you for all the yummy cookies and salmon!"
